About Payment

◾All the prices are in USD◾ I accept PayPal and transfer by SPEI◾I can do payment plans.◾I require payment before I start your art.◾ There are no refunds without exception after having placed an order and paid for the piece.

PROCESS & COMMUNICATION

◾ The client has the obligation to make the order having a clear reference of his fursona. Otherwise it will be considered a custom and will have an extra cost.◾ The idea will be choose, then a sketch of it will be made for confirmation.◾ At this point the client can make the changes they want until they are comfortable with the piece. After your confirm, you will be receive progress during the render of the piece.◾ At this time, if the client wishes to make any changes, will have an extra cost.◾ All communication will be private through the social network of your choice.◾ The delivery time will depend on the state of health of the artist at that moment, since he has a chronic condition. About the art

◾ For shipments of traditional art, a quote will be made for it and you will be notified. If the shipment is not paid, the artist does not commit to send the art. The client will only receive the scanned version of the art.◾ For commissions in digital the format of the final piece will be greater than 2000x2000 300dpi (This can change to your preference) and I'll sent it to your email.◾ The client must mention if commercial use is planned. Since it has an extra cost.◾ All pieces will be signed.◾ The client can't make changes/paint the piece themselves or alter the artist's signature.
